Las Vegas Birthday Parties: How to make a Minecraft theme party? 5 Easy Steps!

Did you know at Ageless Martial Arts we do birthday party set ups? We can literally do any set up that you want. The games are fun an exciting and alot of fun! But to answer your question, how do you make a mine-craft party design?   Supplies: You will need,

• Double sided scotch tape
• BBQ sticks
• Scotch tape
• Glue stick(s)
• Printer with colored paper
• Computer with internet
• Cupcake holder
• Themes plates (minecraft for this case)
• Colored tissue (We choose green for this example)
• Scissors
• 4 ounce water bottles (mini kind)
• 2 6 foot tables (you can rent them)
• Juice boxes
• Plastic cups or you can buy metal cups at the dollar store or Wal Mart

The full cost for decorations and supplies your looking at about $50-$70 if your good or if you already have the supplies. Of course were not counting major stuff like the computer and printer. Let start with step one. You can cheat and do and purchase these themes on etsy, if you really wanted too, but you can get away with in on Photoshop too is you know how to use it. Step 1: Water bottles labels. You can easily make this on Photoshop all you do is copy and paste the image and my huge rectangles with the drawing tool. For this particular water bottle, the size can vary depending on the water bottle.  You want to be about 1.75 height and about 6 inches in width when you make your design for the rectangle. Once you put the image of the middle of the rectangle your set to go. All you do is print and after you cut them individually! Step 2: Minecraft Centerpieces All you do for this one is print whatever image you want on the internet and double paste the label on the BBQ stick. Try to do it on both sides. You can also use a glue stick too, its probably better too, because a lot of times when you use tape it doesn't stick well on the corners when your trying to both sides on the image. Cut the image attach both sides on the stick and you got your self an AMAZING centerpiece! Stick the BBQ inside the tissue and it looks amazing! We choose lime green for this example. You can also stick the centerpieces on cupcakes so its fast and easy and its a quick clean up. Step 3: Setting up the table Once the prep work is done and you have all your design pieces you want to set up your canvas, that's what I like to call it personally. I prefer to choose solid color table mats because it lets the majority of the design like the centerpieces and the paper plates stand out even more. Do you see the crease in the middle of the table? Try to line up that crease on the middle of the table so it looks neat and it drapes evenly on the table.  Set up the plates evenly apart, add the water bottles, juice boxes, etc. Step 4 : invitations Make sure you send out invitations weeks before the event so the event is a good turnout, I recommend sending out at least double of what you'd expect so you have a good turnout.   Step 5: ENJOY AND HAVE A BLAST Find creative games and have great food. Show the guest your there for their kids and have a great time. For sure, the child, or your child will always remember this day, enjoy it because time is limited! So live your best life.
