During their first martial arts class, children can expect to participate in a variety of introductory activities designed to familiarize them with basic techniques, terminology, and dojo etiquette. Instructors will provide guidance and encouragement as students begin their martial arts journey, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all newcomers.

My daughter has been doing karate training since she was 4 years old with Ageless Martial Arts. Her skills and confidence level improved significantly. She now spars with bigger kids. Sensei Lorenzo is a great teacher, and he is very dedicated and loves what he does. He is a 4th degree black belt and very much hands-on when he comes to training. He trained a lot of students who went as far as to become Team USA. We met some of his students who now compete in the Olympics.
