Sisolak Mask Mandates Now Done
Hey Everyone,
As of February 10th, 2022, Steve Sisolak has announced Mask mandates are no longer required for all gyms and businesses around the Las Vegas Valley, this is due to the reduction of Covid cases in Nevada.
“Masks will no longer be required in public places, but there are still some locations where you may be asked to wear a mask,” Sisolak said, regarding Emergency Directive 052. – Governor Sisolak
It will be an option for you or you family to keep your mask on at the dojo and we will no longer enforce the emergency mandate inside our Karate school in Las Vegas. It is important as a small business we always want to make sure everyone is happy and is aware of these situations that could dramatically effect our services. We believe that everyone has a freedom to choose what they they decide for their families and what you decide for you and your family safety.
Ssiolak also said,
“Please be as considerate and as kind as you can possibly be,” Sisolak pleaded, regarding people who still wish to wear masks. “I encourage everyone to follow your conscience… I think we’re taking another step forward.”
It is imperative to understand we do care about our members and we want everyone to have a good class every single time, so its important to be respectful to peoples beliefs and viewpoints inside the dojo because doing martial arts in Las Vegas and having karate classes near me or anyone practicing should be able to be good to one another!
Since Covid-19 restrictions have literally changed our lives, we want to get back to normal again and try to get back to normal as a martial arts school. We want to make sure that people enjoy or classes and have a great time while here at Ageless Martial Arts Las Vegas.
CCSD SCHOOLS IN NEVADA
In education settings, whether public, private or charter, schools may adopt a strict mask policy, but beginning Feb. 11, they were no longer be required on a state level.
CCSD STATEMENT
“The Clark County School District welcomes Governor Sisolak’s updated directive to end the statewide mask mandate for Nevada.
Beginning at the end of the school day today, February 10, 2022, masks will no longer be required on CCSD campuses, schools, or facilities but will remain required on school buses. Because COVID-19 continues, students and employees of CCSD can make the individual choice to continue masking.
At this time, all other COVID-19 mitigation measures remain in effect.”

You can make your own choices in regards to wearing mask inside our Karate school. I know that Taekwondo schools in Las Vegas are making their own choices when it comes to regulations. Please let us know if you have any questions in regards to these issues its imporant that you can look it up your self.
Here are some guild lines to Mask if you decide to make your own freedoms and choices a resource to make sure your family is safe if you decide to make your own individual choices if you continue to wear mask in our dojo. You’ll notice that karate schools near me, will also have these guild lines. Here is some resources that you can use to determine what mask to wear.
